I received a referral from a previous customer, a friend of theirs’s had hit the kerb and damaged a tyre on their Jaguar E-Pace. I called the customer to get more information on the tyre that was needed. The OEM tyre for their vehicle was the Goodyear Eagle F1 SUV 235/60/18. I let the customer know that i could source the tyre for the following day and told them that i would contact them with an eta once i had the tyre. We try wherever possible to provide a same day service, but this can depend on our customers requirements. I pitched up in Kings Cross and located the car which was parked outside a block of flats. I rang our customer who came down to give us the locking wheel nut key. New tyre was fitted and balanced and all other tyre pressures were checked and adjusted accordingly. Efficiency and convenience for our customers is what we`re about.
